Buyer reviewKate worked tirelessly with me to purchase our last home. We put an offer on a house that did not pass inspection and had sold our home within a week of that inspection. We had one week to find a home and she searched high and low and worked with me night and day to find the perfect place for us, and she did. When we recently decided to purchase a new property, there is no one, I would have considered as my agent except Kate! She communicated daily with the sellers, and frankly, dealt with the sellers' compulsive behavior. God bless Kate! That is why she will be listing our existing home! She is phenomenal and the best real estate agent I have ever worked with in my life! Kate is always a text away. She responds within three minutes from any text I send her!

Buyer reviewI was moving to Tampa from out of state and knew very little about the area. Also, I was unable to visit before choosing a house due to travel restrictions caused by COVID-19. Needless to say, I was under a considerable amount of stress while attempting to find a house but Kate was extremely knowledgeable about different areas of town and helped me come up with a list of homes that fit my needs and budget. Her communication throughout the process was excellent and she provided me with several FaceTime walk-throughs of the home I eventually selected and sent pictures. I love my new house and I'd recommend Kate to any of my friends or colleagues without hesitation.
