Buyer reviewWe were moving from out of state and had a long term horizon plan to buy a home. Kate stuck with us through the whole process. She even helped with school and daycare for the kids as well as local recommendations for events and things to see. She truly cared for our family and wanted the best. She is a firm communicator when other parties make buying a home difficult - she always had our back and stood firm on what was important to us. We loved working with Kate!

She was a great active listener and provided great options for us to choose from within our budget throughout the Tampa Bay Area. She usually was available whenever we needed to contact her, and when she was not available she always called at her earliest convenience. She definitely was very supportive and professional throughout the entire process and we now have a beautiful home and neighborhood to show for it. We're so happy she was able to help us throughout this process. She really helped take off some of the pressure of having to move across states. Thanks Kate!!
