Seller reviewDiane made my selling experience extremely smooth. As a previous realtor, I understand how important it is to have a realtor that is knowledgeable and works for your best interest. I couldn't ask for a better realtor than Diane. She went out of her way to make sure I was informed and did not push me to make fast decisions. She is very knowledgeable and takes the extra steps to ensure her clients are treated fairly and honestly. I strongly recommend Diane to others. Please don't choose fast talkers, choose someone like Diane who is patient and kind, not driven by money but by client satisfaction!

Seller reviewDianne is nothing short of amazing! She is by far the best broker I've worked with. She preemtively know what needs to happen to sell a property and goes above and beyond. Shes a huge asset. There were several challenges from the buyers and and thier buyers, Dianne moved mountains to fix the problems. From start to finish she was a professional along with tremendous communication Dianne is special, she helped me through this journey which had many challenges. She is a master at her craft and wouldn't want anyone else for my real estate needs. Dianne had a person cover while she was on vaction, she left me with a more than capable sub. A+++ I wish I had more properties to sell. Thank you Dianne!

Buyer reviewWe knew Dianne had knowledge of what could get us our dream home in this crazy economy. We were buying a home in unprecedented times and Dianne was able to put our minds at ease. She had to have viewed dozens of homes with us! She was always polite and pointed out some things about each house that could be an asset for what we were looking for. She liked walking through the homes dreaming with/for us. She made the experience fun. We appreciated the expertise and the persistence in the market where it took us several months to find a home. Things were so competitive and she was always thinking of what we could do to make sure our offers were great.

It was wonderful to feel like we could get answers when we needed them. To get feedback that was valuable. To have someone there to help us every step of the way that was looking out for us! Dianne Kangrga is personal and easy to work with. She loves what she does and it shows. She is patient in answering questions even when you have asked them before. She always wants what is best for her clients and is willing to negotiate on your behalf. All of these are very valuable! A great reason to chose Dianne Kangrga as well is her integrity! We have worked with other real estate agents who were ok, but she was willing to really help us.

Buyer reviewWe recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. When i tell you that having an extremely informed and detailed agent is important, i can tell you it is that much more important when you are moving 900 miles away. While we did fly down and look at a bunch of houses we ended up putting an offer on a house sight unseen. Meaning we had never been to the house. We did a video/facetime walk through with the listing agent. Then Dianne our agent also went to the house and did another one with us and put her eyes on the property for us as well. That combined with a very thorough home inspection gave us all the confidence we needed to move forward and buy a house that we had Never personally been to! While it maybe unbelievable to some, with an amazing and responsive buyers agent in Dianne Kangrga it was a smooth process. We highly recommend Dianne if you are looking for a realtor!
