Buyer reviewWe recently moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. When i tell you that having an extremely informed and detailed agent is important, i can tell you it is that much more important when you are moving 900 miles away. While we did fly down and look at a bunch of houses we ended up putting an offer on a house sight unseen. Meaning we had never been to the house. We did a video/facetime walk through with the listing agent. Then Dianne our agent also went to the house and did another one with us and put her eyes on the property for us as well. That combined with a very thorough home inspection gave us all the confidence we needed to move forward and buy a house that we had Never personally been to! While it maybe unbelievable to some, with an amazing and responsive buyers agent in Dianne Kangrga it was a smooth process. We highly recommend Dianne if you are looking for a realtor!

She made herself available at all times and provided excellent service. Because this was an out of state sale, she went the extra mile to make things easy for us. She held our hand through the entire process which added to our comfort level along the way. Selling a house in a different state can have it's challenges. Diane represented us and handled all aspects of the sale. When contractors were needed she stepped in to provide references, managed the work and provided all paperwork needed. It was a seamless transaction and we couldn't be more happy with the outcome. We would highly recommend Diane's services and use Century 21 without hesitation again. We are so grateful to Diane for temperament, her experience, her knowledge and her kindness. We thank her for all her guidance along the way. Seller reviewI had sold another property this year and had had many problems, not with the agent but with the procedures and lack of flexibility. Diane really listened and took into consideration what I was saying about special needs because of several tenants on the property. Then she acted on it and gave me a specific plan which she proceeded to enact. I was totally happy with her work and her approach. She was kind and pleasant but very bold to approach and solve every problem that arose, and to do it in a timely manner. Her loyalty to me, the seller, did not end with the closing, but when an ongoing problem continued after the sale, she jumped right in and saw that it was immediately resolved. I absolutely recommend Diane Kangrga to others who want to sell their property.
