Seller reviewDOROTHY GAFFNEY HAS BEEN IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND KEEPS HERSELF UPDATED ON ALL CHANGES AND THE CURRENT REAL ESTATE MARKET. SHE DEMONSTRATED THAT SHE IS A HARD-WORKING AND A DEDICATED REALTOR. SHE MADE SURE OUR HOUSE WAS CLEAN THROUGHOUT AND THEN STAGED IT. DOT ALSO SAW TO IT THAT THE GROUNDS WERE TRIMMED AND CLEANED UP.. WE RECEIVED TWO OFFERS ON OPEN HOUSE DAY AND TWO MORE OFFERS THE FOLLOWING TWO DAYS, AS WELL AS A GREAT DEAL OF INTEREST CONTINUED TO BE SHOWN REGARDING OUR HOUSE. WE HAD ALREADY RECEIVED 4 OFFERS IN 3 DAYS AND REAL ESTAGE AGENTS CONTINUED TO CALL WANTING TO SHOW OUR HOUSE TO THEIR CLIENT. DOT GAFFNEY IS COMPLETELY TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST AND HAS A THOROUGH AND COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING OF THE EVER-CHANGING REAL ESTATE MARKET. DOT GIVES 100+% TO HER JOB AS AN AGENT. She struck me as a very genuine and kind person and was very knowledgeable about Redlands. I was impressed with her experience as a local real estate agent which proved invaluable throughout the entire home buying process. Dot seemed to care more about our getting a good deal and what we deserved as new buyers than even we did at times. She reviewed the inspection reports, which were LONG, with such extraordinary attention to detail we knew nothing would be missed. This gave us tremendous confidence in our purchase.
