Below is a copy of a text (edited/and shortened--only slightly) I sent Dot after the close of an escrow, that seemed challenging due to a number of lapses on the part of the escrow service. The heroics you engaged in with the somewhat dysfunctional escrow folks--and teaming up/ communicating w this anxious co-owner--don't obscure the following observations: -Great collaboration w Eleanor/me, and your fellow Lauer Century 21 Colleague in arriving at a reasonable--top dollar sales price. -Producing a world class set of photos to show go along w the listing. An aside: Eleanor and I have been looking to purchase a condo in Little Italy. I've looked at 1000s of photos on at least 50 houses. None of them displayed the artistry or completeness of scope of what you and your photographer produced for us. -You worked well w our tenants, 2 professionals under a lot of logistic stress w a 4 mo infant. Every interested potential buyer was able to view the home in a timely fashion. -You made sure the appraiser was aware of all the upgrades we had made, thus assuring the highest appraisal on this 2-BDRM model since 2008. You remained positive, kind, and upbeat throughout, never ever w a negative word or blame directed anywhere, just some occasional, understated, incredulity--it was contagious!"
