Andrew has all of the very important qualities one expects of a Real Estate agent- he is extremely knowledgeable about the local area's real estate 'scene'; he knows what seller's expect and are looking for in a home to purchase; he is very intelligent, savvy in negotiating price & has a way of keeping the sellers he represents 'calm' as they go through the many critical steps leading up to closing day.
