Seller reviewI would highly recommend Andy McAloon. He gave us many helpful suggestions on how to update our home. We followed many of his ideas and our home looked amazing. Andy did an in depth market analysis to help us determine a selling price. Our home was listed on Wednesday. Andy did open houses on Friday and Saturday and the house was sold on the following Monday. We had 23 offers, all over asking price, that Andy helped us evaluate to determine which was the best for us. If you are looking for an agent to sell your home Andy should be your first choice.
