Seller reviewMeredith Schmahl was very attentive to details. She stayed on top of all the identified tasks for myself and the contractor doing the renovations. She was meticulous in staying on top of things. As for my ROI (return on investment), when i initially met with Meredith she asked what i wanted to sell the house for. After i gave my figure, she did some research and told me to raise my price. We placed the house on the market at the suggested raised amount and I had a contract within the first week offering fill price. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good experience selling their home! Jason T.
