After dealing with Meredith in the past, my husband and I knew that she was our first choice. We completely trust Meredith to work for our best interests. From time to time, someone would fill in for Meredith if she was out of town. I It was seamless for us, and all these folks were great, Meredith Schmahl worked tirelessly to sell our home. She held regularly scheduled open houses. Even when she had to go out of town, she arranged for someone wonderful to cover for her. Meredith kept us continually updated--this prevented problems that could have become issues. She is proactive and really understands her business.
