He was very knowledgeable and was always willing and able to come with us to open houses where he added an invaluable perspective to help us evaluate and consider different properties. He also does a great job providing information while leaving us space to consider and weigh the options from our perspective. David was very professional and always came prepared. He also has a very welcoming and approachable demeanor, which I very much appreciate as a naturally shy person. My naturally outgoing husband also had a great repport with him as well. I highly recommend David to anyone in need of a dedicated and welcoming real estate agent.

Seller reviewAn obvious professional. Dave was genuinely concerned with the emotions of the sellers--what they were experiencing after nearly 54 years. He had our best interest at heart. Much appreciated!! Understanding of human emotion and feelings Dave notedour treasured memorabilia (wife is commercial artist) and went to great lengths to present us with a replica. He also presented us and each of our 4 children with a framed pictre of our home We would strongly recommend Dave and Century21 to family and friends
