David Keating is a relative of mine however I have never worked with him in a professional capacity before. From a personal level, I was comfortable hiring David as my sales agent because I was very familiar with David's personality and work ethic prior to embarking on the sale of my house. During the process, I found that my expectations of David were correct. I have dealt with other agents in the past and found myself underwhelmed with the performances. I found David to be the most effective, organized and comprehensive of any of the agents I have seen in the past. David did a fantastic job for me!!! That is the summary answer that I would have regarding my experience with David. He maintained his level headed, common sense approach to any and all situations we encountered throughout the process. Unlike other dealings with previous agents, I never felt like I had to "quarterback" the situation. David was always in control of the situation and provided simple guidance to any "curve balls" we encountered in the process. In the past, I have spent considerable time worrying if the agent was doing the most effective and efficient thing to resolve issues or "curve balls". My worries were well founded in those cases because the agent didn't do the right thing to resolve the issues. I never had to do that with David, In each case, he very quickly proposed the proper next step to manage any situations or anomalies that arose. In the sale of my property, David's guidance at multiple times actually turned out to be the proper call at the time he recommended it. We got through anomaly situations as smoothly as could be expected. I would certainly recommend David to anyone who needed a real estate agent and have done so in the last few weeks.
