Seller reviewI had intended to interview a second broker but, after speaking with Patti, I did not bother. Patti has great knowledge of the market and the area and was certainly helpful in so many ways to me as I did this for really the first time ever. She is easy to work with and very responsive. She knows her business and can guide clients very well. This sale happened very quickly and Patti really helped pull it all together on a short time frame. I would use Patti again and recommend her to others.

Seller reviewI thought it was professional We had a good working relationship. She didn't become discouraged or disagreeable with me when I showed frustration because the house took a long time to sell. The over 55 aspect and high taxes made it difficult to sell. Patti was always engaged and kept in contact with me during process. I think because of her many years of experience.
