Seller reviewI was on the other side of the deal for two condos with Patti and I knew when I was ready to look for a house that I wanted her to be my Realtor. Every step of the way Patti has had my best interests as the priority. Patti is truly an agent that is trustworthy and supportive in every way! Patti's knowledge of the market and area is one of the biggest reasons I wanted her as my agent!

She was on top of everything, answered her phone with all of our crazy questions, went to open houses at weird times to see houses we liked, answered all of our questions thoroughly..I could go on. She is a kind person who cares about her clients and quickly becomes a friend. Patti knows her stuff! I was amazed by her knowledge and how much it helped us buy our first home. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Her input regarding the listing price was spot on and we had a full price offer in less than a week. She gave me a list of what is required of me to do, which was most helpful; like when to cancel your house insurance, etc. There was not a question that I asked her that she did not have an answer.
