Buyer reviewI felt I had the best agent in Benton with Alaina Revak. I had previously contacted another agent (not sure what company) but never heard from her on any prospects. So having an agent so determined to find the home you were looking for was great. Alaina was never pushy and did not make me feel I had to make a decision on the spot. But she was good to followup on showings to know what I liked or disliked about each house. Alaina took care of everything and kept me informed.

Seller reviewAlaina sold our house in 5 hours! She was available whenever we needed to look at a new house. She helped use with delaying the occupancy of the home we sold giving us time to move into our new home a week later. We still had to request a one day early occupancy of the new house and Alaina made all that happen! It was not easy and she took care of everything! We will remain friends for years to come!

Seller reviewUnbelievable experience working with Alaina. She met with us and was brutally honest about what needed to be done before photos were taken and house was put on the market. We tried to complete everything on the list, and she helped stage some stuff day of photographs being taken. Professional Photographer took amazing photos and Alaina quickly marketed the listing... If I'm recalling correctly we had 8-9 Offers on the property the first day on the Market. Totally impressed with the whole experience. Alaina definitely knows how to sell a property, and had patience to answer any questions we had along the way. Wish I could have taken her to Tennessee to help me purchase my new home there!
