Alaina was amazing! We actually contacted Jessica Parker after we had fired our previous realtor. I noticed on Zillow that Jessica was the realtor for a house I was interested in and I contacted her. She sent me several listings over the next day or so. We had a few showings set up and on the day of Jessica could not make it. She asked if her partner Alaina could show us the houses. Of course, I said yes. When Alaina met with us it was obvious that she was the realtor we wanted! She was so friendly, really listened to what I wanted and needed, and was open and honest in every conversation (this was the issue with my previous realtor). When we started the offer process all the way through the closing she was always there to answer questions and put my mind at ease.
