Tom listened to our concerns and helped create a plan we were all comfortable with. Tom knows the local market and was a good resource on all aspects of the sale including pricing. Buyer reviewWith this purchase I need an broker that had an agent that understood the specifics of the area I was interested in purchasing a vacation home. I did several web searches trying to understand who was best suited for this area. I came across Tom Thiessen and found out he actually lived in the area I was looking to buy. I sent him and several others an email. He responded quickly and we set up a meeting. He was super knowledgeable in the Chain of lakes I was interested. He also knew many of the property owners, the history and he knew the ins and outs of zoning, etc. I knew I had found the agent I was looking for! We could not have asked for a better agent than Tom Thiessen for this purchase. He aced every portion of the process. I don't trust people easily, however I felt like Tom had my back from the minute we met, and helped us find what we wanted, and his knowledge gave us the confidence we needed to make the best decision. Great experience because of Tom, We can't thank him enough!!
