Seller reviewMy wife and I purchased a home from Tom and also sold a property with Tom. He is connected to the community and knows so much about the rules of the community. This is what we liked. When buying you need to know what restrictions there are for realistic remodeling. His knowledge is building inspections as well as local zoning is a must for any buyer. He is honest and doesn't "sugar coat" are minimize defects of a property in order to make a sale. He give you his honest opinion even if you don't want to hear it. We really felt that he is working for us and with us. We will for sure use Tom again.

Buyer reviewIn addition to having the listing for the property we were interested in, after meeting with Tom we realized that he had all the local knowledge that was important to us. I have dealt with other realtors in the area in the past. Tom Thiessen is by far the best in terms of his attentiveness, understanding the area, and going the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. This was a small property listing for Tom, but he made us feel like it was a million dollar deal in terms of his helpfulness and dedication. It was a pleasure doing business with Tom. He is just an all around nice guy. I understand that he represents the seller, but seeing the extra effort that he personally put in to help us was greatly appreciated. I hope he is available if we ever have a need to sell or buy anything in the future. There is not another realtor in the Manitowish Waters area that I have worked with that is as knowledgeable of the area and respectful to deal with as Tom.
