Buyer reviewJoe was absolutely incredible to work with! As a first time home buyers, the process was really overwhelming, but Joe walked us through everything so patiently and happily answered all of our many, many questions. He was so attentive to what we wanted and took us to view multiple properties, even if he knew the property wouldn't fit our needs. Joe never pushed us to make a decision and posed the right questions to us as we deliberated putting down an offer. Joe was such a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend him to all family and friends!

Joe is knowledgable about real estate, has local expertise, is extrordinarily low pressure - a quality not often found in sales - and truly cares. He is an extremely kind person and makes you feel seen, heard and at ease throughout what could otherwise be a stressful process. Not only did he help us close on our dream home, in a multiple offer scenario where we were certain we had no chance, but he has become part of our family. After our great experience we referred him to my brother whom he helped close on his family's new home shortly after ours, helped them sell their first house during that process and is now searching for a new home for my parents.
