Joe has been nothing but amazing during our first time house buying experience. We were quite literally clueless and he helped walk us through every small detail, no matter how dumb the question might have seemed. He was available at all odd hours for questions and viewings, and had lots of info to offer about the various areas around Washington. After several viewings with Joe, he seemed to really learn what we were looking for in our house, often finding new listings the day they came on the market for us to see that were in the "style" of home we were looking for, as well as being "real" and not being afraid to tell us that a certain home might not be what we're really looking for. His guidance was immensely helpful and we are super grateful that he helped us find out first home. Cheers Joe!

Joe Cross, real estate agent extraordinaire! Joe immediately knew this was a unique situation and he customized the sales plan perfectly. He was very easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable. Without a doubt I will recommend him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again myself. Wonderful human being. This was the sale of my brothers house after he passed away. Joe was very kind. Joe saw the house beyond all of its scars and adapted his sales plan accordingly. It was quick and painless. The house sold for much more than asking, quite a bonus!
