The purchase of our new home required some extra negotiations and it was mitigated professionally and they kept the purchase on track. Seller reviewWe had our home listed previously with a well established realtor on the peninsula. Unfortunately our home sat stagnant on the market for months with very few showings and no offers, and with no real advice on what we could do to attract buyers. After multiple referrals from friends and other professionals in the real estate industry we decided it was time for a change and gave Kelly and her team a try. The team quickly moved into action, walking through the property and providing an honest assessment and what could be done to attract buyers with a well thought out plan. We wisely took their advice and worked closely with them to put the plan into motion.
