Buyer reviewHaving not know Kelly prior to this whole process, she was referred to us by our nephew who works with her often. Setting up a viewing was quick, we had an appointment the very next day after finding the home that interested us. Her referral to a great financing team did not go unnoticed. She was right, they are great! She seems to have communicated very well our concerns about the the home to the selling party, and did a great job in relating the reasons for our counter offer. We saw a favorable response to our reasoning, which proves great communication. She responded to texts promptly, even while away on a trip. Finally, after all is said and done, after signing, her beautiful gift to us of a framed rendering of the Kenai River was a nice touch! Until next time, and thank you, team Kelly!

She was able to find us homes that were what we were looking for and found us the perfect one ultimately. We never had any issues with communication even when we were remote.
