He helped us search for houses in several areas explaining each area, taxes etc. Bill was timely answering our questions, helped us negotiate the price and negotiated again to bring it down 10,000 dollars after appraisal. He attended our inspection when we were out if town. He closed quickly and stayed in close contact with us until everything was completed. Bill is a very professional yet caring realtor. Bill is someone you immediately trust and feel comfortable with. He is available to answer questions around the clock. Bill really goes the extra mile to make sure you find the home of your dreams. We had all sorts of special requests like 2 acres of land, a clearing to put an observatory, updated, no HOA, a shop, storage, nice area etc. etc. Bill found the perfect house for us and helped us get it before the open house and before a bidding war could happen. He's an amazing realtor. We will recommend Bill Jardine to anyone we know is looking for a house.
