Seller reviewWe had some difficult circumstances about which Bill was knowledgeable and dealt with wisely. He was patient and understanding as we dealt with my elderly mother and disposing of her home. Was very responsive to our sometimes anxious communications.

He is very knowledgeable about the local areas and what to look for in a house. He will help you with contacts if you need an inspector or someone to do something around the house. Everyone he suggested was just as amazing as he was. Our entire family loved working with him, even our young children.

Seller reviewBill did a real nice job for us and all family members he worked with. Bill is very friendly and personable. Was interesting doing the closing during Covid-19 mess but even though Bill was not allowed into the building he was waiting in the parking lot in the event he could help in any way and to greet us as we left. Sale was not as quick as we would have liked but that had a lot to do with timing.
