We reached out to Scherrie Leclaire when we were looking for our forever home after retirement in Cape Coral Florida and are so happy we did! She is such a friendly and down to earth person, knows real estate inside and out. We were 1100 miles from Cape Coral Fl , yet she went to the homes we were interested in , toured them, sent pictures to us ,kept in continual contact with us until the perfect place for us came on the market . She would work day and night untill we knew we had the right place. She described everything to us and when 10 days later we made it there to see "our" home it was exactly as she described and we finalized the purchase. She worked many hours in the night and weekends for us and always kept us up to date on everything , getting our contract to the inspections, to money transfers, to closing day . Scherrie was the best broker i ever deal ,we had this lots for sale for years and they did not sale ,scherrie sold it in less than a week ,my last broker had told me to give up because they were not selling to maybe put it in the market next year again ,scherrie is the bestttttt!!!!!!! If you see the print out of our property you wont believe ,she gave me print out of all property to compare with my ,it was liked a book . polite,understanding ,friendly ,patient ,knowledgeable ,helpful ,trustworthy ,profesional ,timely,communications,clear communications,accessible ,respectful ,approachable none of this is to compared scherrie she was more than excellent she was the best .
