At first meeting, we knew she had the expertise and local knowledge to help us find the right home. Sherrie did a wonderful job with finding homes based on our criteria. She handled the deposit as expected. She does need to improve on preparing and sending contracts, this was stressful. She made it very clear she guide us on price but not negotiate the final cost. Sherrie did provide all services in a very timely manor. The seller started using her services rather than their own realtor because of her excellent followup skills. Sherrie's integrity is impeccable! I had no reason not to trust her abilities and advise. She is the real deal! Sherrie got the job done in a truly professional manor. She was always available and followed up in very timely fashion. Sunbelt needs to provide better tools to help with contracting and secure sending of contracts. Overall, we are very pleased with Sherrie and hope to use her again in the future.
