They were very professional and very knowledgeable of the home real estate market and processes. Cheryl and Alyssa did a great job communicating with us. They always informed us of every viewing, every interested buyer, information about potential buyers, how the housing market was going and when anything changed in the market. Cheryl's experience was invaluable when working with other realtor's, negotiating purchase agreements and closing on the sale. We felt that Cheryl and Alyssa worked hard for us. Seller reviewIf anything could go wrong with my 100+ year old house, it did. The really cool thing about the process was that Cheryl kept it all positive. She knew what to do and who to call when things were rough. There were actually moments when I thought that I would never sell tjis house! Cheryl never wavered. She kept us on target and was totally amazing. We bought this home from her in 2002 and she was with us when we were ready to move on. I feel truly blessed to have had her in our corner and if I ever move back to Iowa, I would welcome her to help with that transition.
