Seller reviewAs sellers, we were impressed with Cheryl Eddy's preparedness when interviewing Realtors. She was above and beyond the others in presenting how she would market our home to prospective buyers. While we knew our home would sell fast, we appreciated her input on how to "declutter" and make our home showable to prospective buyers. During the selling process, Cheryl communicated via email, texts and phone. As our personal schedule became unexpectedly busy for other reasons, her effective communication was important to us to be able to stay on track for inpspections and closing timely. I would recommend Cheryl Eddy as a Realtor for a buyer or seller for these reasons: Her years of service as a Real Estate Agent; her knowledge of the market and the surrounding areas; her ability to effectively and timely communicate; her willingness to be flexible in meeting with your schedule.

Seller reviewCheryl went above and beyond to get our home ready to market. She provided many services free of charge to us that most agents would have charged us upwards of $500 for; i.e. pictures for listing, someone to stage our home, buying accessories for the home, and much more. We had many parties involved with the sale of our home and it required signatures and meetings with people out of state and those without computer access to e-sign. Cheryl went out of her way to personally go the the homes of all parties involved and worked around our complicated schedules.
