I have now used April for two home purchases in the last two years. She has amazing communication and sets expectations you always know what's required if you next as a home buyer. She also wasn't pushy about any properties she showed me but was always optimistic when showing them to outline potential. I have had family and friends also use April in the last year and they spoke highly of the process as well. April is an amazing person and acts as a friend rather than realtor during the house search and purchasing process. She's available around the clock and made sure the process was never held up due to waiting on her end. I didn't know April before October 2021 and two years later if I have a question or need her guidance I know I can reach out and get an answer. Overall April is amazing and if I do move again I will be using her.

I called on a house listing and April answered. The house was already under contract, told her we were thinking about moving to the area and she said she would be happy to show us some homes, asked what type of house we were looking for, price range ect. and we just went from there. April was very professional, kept us informed as the process moved along. She met with contractors for us because we lived out of the area so we wouldn't have to come down so often. This was just an all around good experience with her. We have dealt with many realtors through the years and she was the best we ever had. If I ever need another realtor, hopefully this is the last move but if I did I would use her again.
