After dealing with several other agents April was a breath of fresh air she quickly set up our walk thru and arrived there with a package on the property made suggestions while at the viewing, she submitted our offer almost immediately, let us know of the counter offer and placed our counter which was accepted. She handled the earnest money and walked us thru the difficult process of financing difficult due to COVID issues she was instrumental in getting the closing date extended and all of the time a positive attitude prevailed. April first will be our first choice in our future real-estate endeavors we cannot thank her enough she is a a true professional with a friendly smile. April Richards did an outstanding job on the sale of our Condo. Sold in 14 days with multiple offers. Can't do much better than that. She made recommendations on what we needed to do, and just as important, what we didn't need to do to make the Condo attractive to buyers. There were some things we were going to do that she felt were not necessary. She saved us Money! As it turned out.. she was correct! April has to be one of the most professional agents I have met.
