I would just like to say that Jana went well above and beyond anything that was expected when it came to selling our home. it ended up being what could have been a nightmare for us but she handled it with ease and dealt with the contractors and with the other real estate agent and prospective buyer with a professionalism second to none. No amount of words can describe how awesome she actually went to bat for us. Many many times during the process she went well above and beyond and out of her way to make sure that everything was going smoothly and that the house would sell on time and close on time. Best decision we ever made choosing Jana Elliott as our real estate agent!!! Again cannot begin to express in words how awesome Jana was from beginning to end during the whole process of selling our home. She went so far above and beyond anything that I would assume is required that it was just unbelievable. We actually ended up moving out of state and she actually handled everything for us and made us feel very at ease leaving our property in her hands. I wish I truly had the words to describe just how professional and awesome she was! Phenomenal I can assure you that if all of your real estate agents are like Jana Elliott then you will have the most successful firm around. Such a pleasant person to be around and super professional and extremely hard-working. we absolutely enjoy the experience and would recommend her to anyone even remotely thinking about selling their home! Overall for us it ended up being pretty much a hands-off experience because Jana handled everything. Very happy with our decision.

Jana was extremely understanding and clearly had my best interest in mind. She did everything she could to make sure that we were satisfied.
