We were so lucky to have found Jana Elliott! She helped us find our dream home. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Jana. We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. From our very first phone conversation I knew instantly she was the match for us. She is patient, honest and hands on (she even went into the attic to check the insulation for us!) and she really helped take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one Jana walked us through every step of the offer process. She is extremely responsive and even though she had to make the drive from King to the Triad every time we wanted to view a home she made it seem as if she was a call away. Every question I had she was able to answer. Jana is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. We were somewhat picky when it came to finding our home and it took 7 months with numerous showings. Jana never gave up. I thank God we found her and I will recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

As I was going through the list of brokers at Century 21 SmithLove Realty in King, NC, I was looking for a sweet, down to earth face, someone that you could connect with. I didn't want a realtor who sold nothing but million dollar homes. All I can say is, I had picked the best realtor for me. Jana Elliott was beyond perfect. Took her time, listened to me, very patient and drove many miles out to show me homes. She had everything lined up perfectly for me to see. I had only two and half weeks to find a home, and I wasn't going back to Germany empty handed. We found the home and we nailed it! You know when it's right when everything, I mean everything just falls into place. Not one problem. It was easy, and I knew what I was looking for.

Jana was awesome in handling our unique needs. She was efficient in scheduling showings and timely in responding when we had questions. She informed us in every step and kept us informed of costs that may arise that we were not aware of. She made this experience as stress-free as it can possibly be.

Jana was a pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to ensure that my needs were met, and she maintained her professional composure the few times that we ran into challenges during the showings (like not being able to find the lock boxes, etc.).
