I have enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers for over 25 years with expertise in working on all types of residential properties (Single, Multi-family and Condominium) as well as commercial buying and selling.
Awarded multi-million dollar producer status for the last 15+ years from Northern RI Board of Realtors for excellence in sales achievement. Received C-21 Customer Service awards as well.
For over 15 years I worked for C-21 Relocation Services gaining experience with Veterans and corporate employees and experience in overall relocation services for buyers coming into both MA and RI.
My home base is Northern RI but have had the pleasure of assisting clients in almost all Counties in RI as well as extensive experience in the cities and towns that border RI into MA.

Several duplexes were converted into a condo in this new construction project. In addition to reading every page of the condo doc, Susan did the legwork that the buyers' agent was supposed to do to get the units sold. It was her work that convinced me to select Century 21.
