I have enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers for over 25 years with expertise in working on all types of residential properties (Single, Multi-family and Condominium) as well as commercial buying and selling.
Awarded multi-million dollar producer status for the last 15+ years from Northern RI Board of Realtors for excellence in sales achievement. Received C-21 Customer Service awards as well.
For over 15 years I worked for C-21 Relocation Services gaining experience with Veterans and corporate employees and experience in overall relocation services for buyers coming into both MA and RI.
My home base is Northern RI but have had the pleasure of assisting clients in almost all Counties in RI as well as extensive experience in the cities and towns that border RI into MA.

Buyer reviewI have now completed two home purchases with Susan. In addition, she has acted as an agent for my brother on a home purchase. She has extensive knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and understanding of buyer's needs. Susan is always easy to reach and provides good contacts for each step of the buying process. I do not feel pressured into making a purchase or looking at properties I am not interested in when working with her. I highly recommend her and would use her in the future.
