Seller reviewLisa Deese sold both homes that needed to be sold to close an estate. Both homes were challenging because of Estate legalities and I live out of state. I needed someone I could trust and work in my best interests. I will be forever grateful to this woman, who worked next to me in the muck of a complicated estate situation. She is accessible, sharp, motivated, professional and I think she is a magician, because she got it done! I could not ask for a better realtor and I highly recommend her. My husband and I have bought and sold real estate for about 10 years in NC. We have worked with many realtors over the years. I wish we had a Lisa Deese in NC! She was amazing in every aspect of working to sell the 2 properties we had in Florida. She is in the category of "Elite" as far as I am concerned.

Seller reviewLisa did an amazing job getting us our asking price which included an appeal against a VA appraisal that she won! Lisa kept us informed through the entire process. We had 3 offers on our home within a week or two. Lisa guided us through which offer to accept and got us our original asking price. Lisa is consistent and worked hard for what we wanted. Selling our home could have been very stressful, but Lisa made it actually quite simple!
