Buyer reviewI am a retired part time Realtor from RI and understand the efforts an agent puts in unpaid until house is closed, -and it took a year for us to committ after many changes in our circumstances; she kept sending melisting in portal all that time, continued to help us on our return cause we were snowbirds, we were loyal to her and she was to us, Fl laws are so different we would have been lost if we used listing agents only instead of buyer broker as Lisa who informed us of issues on different properties; Lisa was knowledgeable, prompt, caring about my health problems, stayed so fucussed and on top of the deal especially during all the inspections; she kept my husband well informed with her patience of all his crazy questions!
