I have been licensed since 1973. I am in real estate to provide education, counseling and give hope to those who don't think that they can afford a home in Hawaii. I have developed over 150 affordable housing projects and have written over 30 courses, taught thousands of students in prelicense and continuing education courses. I have a passion for helping first time homebuyers and work closely with a nonprofit organization that teaches first time homeowners how to prepare for home ownership. I have the following designations: M.Ed., CCIM, Green.

I have been married to Sally Okura Lee for over 43 years, have 6 wonderful children, and 9 beautiful grandchildren. I immigrated from Korea when I was 8 years old and count it a blessing to live in the United States and Hawaii.

Seller reviewAbe Lee is the most trustworthy and knowledgeable person in the industry. He recently helped me sell my house out in Kailua Hawaii. Although I had a difficult situation with a lease contract, we were successful at finding the right buyer for the property. Although difficult, Abe never stopped looking for the right buyer. We got our asking price and sold within a few weeks of listing. Had my situation not have been so difficult I believe we would have sold on the first day we showed the house. Abe helped me price the property accordingly and was there for me every step during the sale process. A clear communicator, Abe was always available to answer my questions.
