Buyer reviewBefore I met Adam Carroll, I some bad experiences with realtors in the Fredericksburg market. Adam Carroll was a bright spot. He was extremely persistent and dedicated to helping me find a property that suited my budget and long term goals (not an easy task in the ultra competitive FBG market). Being an out-of-town buyer, Adam spent extra time with me FaceTiming live or sending videos of properties during my house search. I never felt rushed or pressured through the sales process. Adam has a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with through this process. He was always available and willing to go above and beyond to help me when needed.

Buyer reviewI found Adam through a property his office has listed on Zillow. I had very little knowledge of the area when I came to explore. Adam picked me up at my hotel and drove me around until a rental car became available. He was very helpful, polite, and patient. Could not have asked for better representation. It went very smoothly. Their office in Fredericksburg is very nice. Mimi was kind and helpful. I had a little bit of a hard time deciding which house I wanted to buy but once I decided, it was a very smooth process. Adam connected us with a great local banker/lender that provided excellent service.
