She makes it light for people, in this case the seller to get all the tasks done such as contacting handyman for repairs, tileman to put up tiles, people to do the yards etc. name it and she will have a way of getting everything done in a timely manner. She is a hard worker. She is on point to every timeline we discussed and planned. The service that I got from Adele was truly excellent. Very professional. My house was put on the market very neatly where I don't wanna sell it because Adele showed the potential of the property. She has a caring attitude that is very genuine. Adele is a top notch.

Seller reviewIt is hard to put into words the high esteem I have for Adele, whom I had not met until she listed my home. I've heard it said that to be successful in real estate, one must have empathy and ego drive. Adele is loaded with both of these. Regarding drive, she is no wallflower! After my house went into due diligence, many things went awry, and I was out of town for much of the time. In addition to meeting with all of the typical real estate transaction inspectors, Adele arranged and met with (on my behalf), various insurance claim representatives and repairmen. And she no doubt got more response from them than I could have. She was excellent in keeping me informed at every step of the transaction. Regarding empathy, Adele will bond with you and your house; she certainly did in my case. And it was genuine. She has a background in marketing, which became very apparent with her ideas and representation of my home. She was able to do this not just because of her expertise, but also because she could feel it. If you are in need of a realtor, whether buying or selling, I highly recommend giving Adele a call. She will not be pushy, but she will go after it if you want her to.
