Adriana's knowledge of the current real-estate market and local area made our decision much easier on the property we have chosen. Adriana also provided great insight on "do's & don'ts" on properties for long term investments and steered us in the right direction in order to be in the very best position possible when it comes time to sell the property. She did not only take care of our interest now but also made sure that in the long run, when it comes time to sell the property, the property will have all of the characteristics that future buyers will like to have, making the sell process much easier and make this property a profitable investment. My fiance and I are very picky and Adriana worked very efficiently to find the perfect home that we were looking for. We had changed our mines many times and had made multiple offers on properties and Adriana made sure to put our best interest first. I was very embarrassed to continue to change our minds with our needs but Adriana never hesitated with accommodating all of our needs and her patience with us was incredible.
