Seller reviewI helped my dad do a 1031 exchange. He sold his Fort Bragg property and exchanged it for a home in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. I read all of the realtor's profiles, sales histories, current listings, customer ratings, etc from the Century 21 website. I chose 2 realtors to focus on. I called Agnes Li first because she mentioned 1031 exchanges in her profile. I called and interviewed her over the phone. Her interview impressed me as much as what I learned about her in my research. I knew she was who I was looking for, so I asked her to be my realtor. I was very happy with her the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent realtor in the Fort Bragg area.

Buyer reviewAgnes is the consummate real estate professional; she has the full spectrum of skills and aptitudes needed to deal kindly with people while conducting a complicated transaction. (Ours involved a 1031 tax deferred exchange and Agnes understood the additional requirements of the deal.) Agnes was consistently available to us or responded to messages in a very timely manner. And, she didn't procrastinate; when something needed to be done, she did it immediately. Agnes paid close attention to the details and status of our transaction involving multiple counter offers over a period of 3 weeks. She listened to us carefully and acted on what we discussed, and she provided a lot of support getting our inspections performed given that we were out of town buyers. We give Agnes our highest recommendation.

Buyer reviewOur loan was a very complicated, dual entitlement VA loan. We had a lot of issues with our lender and the VA itself. Agnes was incredible in dealing with all of our issues and handling the communication between buyer and seller. I can't begin to express the gratitude my wife and I have for Agnes. Wouldn't have happened with any other real estate agent. Best ever! This sale would not have happened without Agnes!
