He was very knowledgeable in our area and was able to get our home seen and had multiple offers on the first day the house was listed. We are more than pleased with how accommodating and professional he was with all of our needs in the home selling process. We will definitely recommend him to family and friends in the future.

Buyer reviewAkshar was always professional. If we had any questions he knew the answers or would let us know as soon as he found out. I always felt comfortable around him. He was very patient with us. At the end we had seen a lot of houses, our two year old knew who Akshar was and wanted him to hold his hand and play. It was very sweet. Overall he did an amazing job helping us find our dream house. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a house.

I really felt like he cared about what we wanted and how to make sure we were happy. He knew that I undecided on colors, so he offered to come out on a Sunday afternoon to help us go over exterior colors, interior colors, granite colors etc. I am so glad he did, I get so many compliments on our new home.

Was good knowing that he was flexible in the meeting times. And was very courteous when allowing us to take the time and speak to my husband on the final decision. Every one of the characteristics above described Akshar. I do not want you to think all I did was go down the line to check all excellents without explanation. I will recommend him to anyone I know that will need a realtor.
