Al has brought a few deals to our attention in the past. His commitment and persistence are very recognizable. In retrospect, we were blessed to have him as the agent for this deal. Al did an incredible job navigating through a very tricky deal where the seller had unfortunately passed away right before closing. He handled the situation with great diligence and care.
