Buyer reviewAs a rule, I do not write recommendations...but I am compelled to share our experience. Alan Holman came to us highly recommended by a trusted relative. He quickly understood our needs, wants, and lifestyle and selected the perfect homes to view. We knew going into the process we needed to act fast given the regional market but never expected to find our home on Day 1...and close on Day 30! Throughout the negotiation process, my husband and I were in 2 different states due to our careers. Alan was easily accessible and quickly responsive. E-signatures allowed for quick turnarounds, were user friendly, and convenient. As far as nitty-gritty negotiations, Alan went to bat for us and smacked a Home Run! In our opinion, Alan is THE "Gold Standard" of agents! We appreciated Alan's honesty and integrity, and he made the entire process seem effortless. While behind the scenes could have been a different story, Alan never showed it. Honestly, Alan's experience, work ethic, and dedication were and are unmatched. Alan also helped us with the actual move. Sale went quickly and smoothly. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would gladly use or recommend Alan to others. Unfortunately, we are now relocated to St.Louis, Mo and will have limited contact with prospective buyers in the Springfield/Nashville area.
