Alan Jay made an incredibly large and scary task (first time homebuying) feel like a walk in the park. He always put my needs first, and never acted on anything without getting my opinion first. He always had my best interest in mind and couldn't have made this a more enjoyable and exciting process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

We had met Alan at an open house and even though we weren't ready to buy a house at that time he was very knowdledgable and professional and made a a lasting impact and we remembered when we were ready to find a realtor. It was an incredible experience working with Alan, he was able to help us submit the perfect offer and get the house we wanted even in a competitive market! After working with other realtors in the past Alan showed that it makes a difference when you choose and we can't wait to work with him again!

Alan Jay provided very detailed instructions via email on expectations of the home buying process split up into stages. This helped me understand how the process works from start to finish. He handled everything on his end that needed to be done with fantastic communication. He provided two recommendations for inspection companies that he trusts- Matt from Total House Inspection was very knowledgeable and explained all of his findings to me when I attended the inspection which made me feel comfortable knowing that he is good at what he does. Alan Jay also stayed for the entire inspection which showed me he has my best interest at heart by taking that chunk of time to make sure everything runs smoothly and to answer questions with Matt. He provided me with great market information and buying experience for when it came to negotiating my offer and explained why I should offer between a certain price range and other fundamentals that we added into the offer to make it more aggressive and attractive. His attention to detail is beyond and came into play when looking at the many houses we looked at together because he knows what to look for on all aspects of a home purchase- things I never knew to think of until now. He worked very well with my lender and title company to make sure we closed on the agreed date. I also really liked that Alan Jay let me communicate with him via BOTH email and text. He always responds in a timely manner and his punctuality is 11/10.
