I found working with him very comfortable and his ability to answer all my questions about a process I was fearful of was most reassuring. Throughout the process Alan was ready with suggestions and information to assist me in making decisions that to me seemed complicated. With his support the decisions became easy and the process became comfortable for me. He was in regular contact and often was prepared to answer questions I did not know I had. This all made the process a very successful and pleasant one for me. I am very glad I used him and think others will be also. This sale came at a time in my life where I was very overwhelmed with all the changes happening to me and Alan Jay made everything as easy as he could. I am so grateful. I felt like he treated me as if I was a very important person to him. Alan Jay Robinson was everything I would want in a real estate professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Alan Jay's personality is the best of both words, he takes a no-nonsense approach but is was also attentive, warm, empathetic, and understanding. He held my hand every-step of the way, and constantly made himself available via phone, email, and text, and would often call to just check up on me, and see how I was doing. He kept my expectations in check, helped me to make smart decisions in purchasing my home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
