I had used Alan in the past and he was very on top of every transaction that we did during the sale of the house Alan really goes above and beyond in every real estate transaction that he does. He's often the liaison that will be doing the reaching out to all parties to make sure that everything is running smoothly. He also did an amazing job with making sure that we were prepared for every aspect of the sale of the property Alan is a gentleman and he has guided two of my real estate transactions across two very shaky Bridges. In each case there were people on the other side who we were dealing with who were not very communicative or forthcoming. However Alan did his best to keep on top of every single aspect and detail to make sure that everything flowed as smoothly as possible. He is very meticulous and very well experienced in these types of transactions. He is a very nice person and he goes over and above 100% to do his job.
