We were previously dealing with an agent from another broker, but after talking to Alan and seeing his eagerness and effort to help, we decided to go with him. He was always willing to explain and answer our questions and we feel he went above and beyond what other agents would have. He was never in a rush or seemed too busy and he returned calls/emails quickly. You could tell that he had our best interests at heart, as a buyers agent should. He was very patience with me as I would call him on many properties on which he always discussed the likes and dislikes of each properties . In the end I'm very very happy with the property we had chosen . I don't recommend to many people but I will highly recommend Alan to anyone who is looking for a hard working ,honest and all around caring human being!
