Seller reviewAl Perry was very professional, diplomatic, tentative , and hard-working. He is articulate and payed attention to all the details and helped us sell our property quickly in this sluggish housing market. He was considerate and worked around our schedules. We were treated as though we were his top client and his timeless efforts paid off. Al Perry has our highest regards. Selling our first home was a extremely stressful time for my husband and I. Al Perry walked us through each step and patiently explained every detail to us. He used excellent negotiation skills to get our home sold with extreme professionalism. He was exactly what we wanted in a realtor. He was very quick and responsive and right on time for appointments. He took the stress out of selling our home and was available even after business hours. We can not express how satisfied and grateful we are about Al Perry. The entire team at Century 21 Advantage Gold office worked hard in helping us sell our property.

Seller reviewAs contrasted with South Florida, where I now reside, Philadelphia is decidedly not a sellers-market area. That, I think, was the biggest problem. It took a long time; but, thankfully, the ordeal is now over. One of my biggest stresses was that I had two sets of household expenses. There were periods of my not hearing from him when he had no news. Basically, however, Mr. Perry was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process: dealing with the other professionals involved, advising about necessary renovations, steering me through the "red tape," finding a purchaser, negotiating with the purchaser's agent, and getting me through settlement. It was a pleasure doing business with him!

Seller reviewAl Perry was extremely helpful in the sale of my parents home, right after my mother passed away. I was responsible for handling the sale of the property and I live in California Working remotely Al made the process and experience easy. We needed to get the house cleaned out and Al recommended a few people that he has worked with in the past and we spoke to both and chose one who did a great job. During the process of getting the home on the market which took longer than we expected Al Perry was patient and helpful with suggestions and advice. Once we got the home on the market, we had multiple offers, some were serious some not, Al advised us on which to take seriously and ultimately Al brought an all cash deal to the table that made my father and our family happy. Al made the sale of our family home which my parents owned for 57 years an easy process and all the while being understanding, professional and efficient. I would recommend Al Perry to anyone who wants to work with someone who understands the South Philadelphia marketplace and wants to work with a professional.

I am particularly impressed with the depth of knowledge he has in matters relation to sale of real estate but also with reference to other technical issues such as short sale negotiation.
