Buyer reviewShe did an excellent job , could not have asked for more. I used to run a real estate office and if I still did I would consider her an asset as I'm sure C 21 does. Aleicia also follows up after the sale which is refreshing.

Seller reviewWe were very impressed with the assistance and consideration we were given. Aleicia Fragomeni was very proactive in selling the property and provided guidance on repairs that needed to be done to satisfy buyer. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. There was an offer almost immediately and they ultimately bought the property. This greatly surprised me, I thought it would take longer to find a buyer. What more is there to say, she was exceptional.

We interviewed two other realtors and Alicia was our first choice, even though we had either recommendations or knew the other realtor personally. Alicia lived in the area and had an understanding of the units that were in competition with our unit. She was our hands down selection. She was a jewel. Alicia updated us on a regular basis regarding showings and progress after accepting the offer. We had a unique situation that required Alicia to coordinate with the buyers realtor. This went smoothly due to her understanding and relationship with the buyers realtor. Job well done Alicia. A+

Buyer reviewUpon first contact with Aleicia by phone, she listened to my needs and what I was looking for in a home. She was quick to respond and made me feel important! To say that I was impressed with Aleicia is an understatement! I had worked in construction restoration previously but did not pick out 1/2 the things she did in homes for me to consider. Aleicia always made me feel like a priority, which I had feared given that my needs was on the low end of a purchase price. Aleicia was always looking out for new listings, details about the homes prior to seeing them, and did an outstanding job when putting in an offer & assisting me through closing. I have and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a home. Aleicia always went above and beyond from day 1 and even after closing has checked in to see how things are going. There was not ONE moment in the past few months of this process that I didn't feel like she was 150% working for me to get the best home for the best price!!! Exceptional at her job!!!!!
